Status Bar

The status bar, shown above (boxed in red) gives a high level overview of the current status of Clone while taking only a very small area of the screen. This is meant to be used if you have Clone running all the time and you want to keep a track of it's progress. You can set the position of the status bar and configure it to be "Always on top" on the Main configuration screen . The status bar displays the following information :-

Last Run : This is the date and time Clone was last run, i.e. the last time it performed a check of all the enabled sets. The format of the date / time is :- 15:56 24/01 which equates to : 3:56pm on 24th January.
Minutes to Next Run : This provides a countdown in minutes to the next time Clone is configured to run. This time is set on the Main configuration screen and the timer is also enabled on this screen. If the timer is not enabled then the number of minutes will read N/A.
Copied : This is the number of files copied since Clone was last started
Errors : This is the number of errors encountered since Clone was last started
Status Bar : This shows the progress of Clone during a run, i.e. when Clone is actually checking to see if any files have been updated

I want to thank you for Clone which has saved all my files for me. I had used Clone to backup all my files to a second hard drive just before the C drive failed so I have been able to get them all back.

I ordered Clone this morning ! I love it and won’t be able to live without it !!!!! I finally got around to using it with my CD writer last night and I didn’t have any problems (as I expected !). It works perfectly and saves so much time !

I'll be recommending this utility to anyone who needs a back-up solution that is functional without a lot of overblown code.
